I'm growing my own kombucha, and watching the culture develop was the main inspiration for this design.
I'm awfully impatient though, I bet it would be healthier if I didn't check it every single day.

i'm growing my own mother from some commercial stuff, so i bet its going to take even longer than that, sigh.
